A web series by Greedy Pig Theatre Company, each episode features one of five students retelling their part to play in the death of their flatmate, with an insight into whether they are being honest or dishonest.
For this production I produced a techno like beat for the introduction, as well as ambient and evolving drones to act as an underscore for each of the character’s monologues. The drones were an opportunity to alter my workflow and dive into modular synthesis, for which I built a generative patch in VCV rack (a fantastic piece of free software with emulators of many popular modules) and routed through Ableton for further processing.
